Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team above to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
- Package your items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Use the provided return label (if applicable) or arrange shipping with a reliable carrier.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- A fee of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us to request a returns label.
- If you would prefer to use a courier of your choice, we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return and inspecting the item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
